About this Course

Members of the Rudolf Peierls Centre for Theoretical Physics host a Saturday morning Theoretical Physics lecture three times a year. The mornings consist of three talks pitched to an audience familiar with physics at the second-year undergraduate level, and they are open to all Oxford Alumni. Quantum mechanics, black holes, dark matter, plasma, particle accelerators, and the Large Hadron Collider are among the topics covered.
