About this Course
This course aims to give students a thorough overview of the scientific study of thought and behaviour. Perception, communication, learning, memory, decision-making, persuasion, emotions, and social behaviour are some of the topics that are explored. Also, the course will try to provide a comprehensive overview of how these aspects of the mind develop in children, how they differ between people, how they are wired up in the brain, and how they break down as a result of illness or injury.
