You will study how construction is carried out on site, supervise the on site team, coordinate resources and handle daily site operations.
During the course, you will learn the skills you need to apply your knowledge of contractual procedures to pre-empt problems arising on site from poor contractual administration, achieve a better working relationship with the client and other project members, improve communication with the client and contractor, manage the end of the contract and deal with final inspections, project handover and documentation.
