About this Course
This course will assist you in becoming a better negotiator. We develop a framework for analysing and shaping negotiations, unlike many negotiation courses. This framework will enable you to make persuasive arguments based on principles. It will enable you to see beneath the surface of apparent conflicts in order to uncover underlying interests. You will leave the course better able to predict, interpret, and shape the behaviour of those you face in competitive situations.
